    12. Prinsip Perniagaan

Requirements

  • The tutor must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in any field.
  • Required language(s) : English & Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Tutors should have a minimum of 2 years of teaching experience and must be experts on the subjects they teach.
  • Preferable age: between 22 – 38 years old.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office / PDF (For own notes preparation).
  • Posses Efficient Classroom Management Skills
  • Expeditious with various Seminars, Extra Classes, and given tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Support students to develop and meet academic goals.
  • Help students to prepare for tests and examinations.
  • Conduct lessons adhering to the lesson plan.
  • Gain fulfillment in making students learn.
  • Provide creative ways to engage students towards the subject.
  • Strive to diversify teaching methods so that each content is easily comprehendible.
  • Prepare notes for the learning session and adhere to submission datelines.
  • Collaborate and cooperate with teammates upon any group discussion.
