Vacancy Details for MCPLUS Support Team

Requirements

  • Candidates must possess at least SPM/ STPM/Diploma qualification or any equivalent.
  • No experience is required. Experience in Customer Service in an added advantage.
  • Proficient in using computers and systems.
  • Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
  • Possess good command of Spoken and Written Malay and English.
  • Speaks with confidence and clear intonation over the phone.

Responsibilities

  • To exhibit polite and professional communication via Zoom (Live Help Centre & Buddy Live Help Centre), assisting students regarding their problems on the MCPLUS app or any related things to MCPLUS.
  • Receiving and placing customer service via WhatsApp, Jivo Chat & Customer Feedback.
  • Resolving customer complaints, and troubleshooting technical problems on customer service issues.
  • Collecting and analyzing customer feedback and responding to customer reviews.
  • Maintaining solid customer relationships by responding to issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support team by performing tasks related to organization and implementing strong communication.
  • Attend all meetings via Zoom and physical meetings (according to need) for ongoing projects & updates.
  • To commit to ad hoc tasks from superiors when necessary or needed.
