Candidates must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Public Relations, Mass Communications, or equivalent.
At least 2 years of relevant working experience in a related field. Fresh Graduates are also encouraged to apply.
Required skill(s): Excellent written and spoken English, strong communication skills, MS PowerPoint, presentation skills, press releases, article writing, and social media knowledge are added advantages.
Able to work under pressure with good interpersonal skills.
A team player which able to work independently, is highly meticulous and has strong execution abilities/ strong work ethic, and is performance-driven.
Ability to travel for work assignments within or outside of the region.
Possess own transportation and driving licenses.
Responsibilities
Demonstrates an understanding of the communications marketing industry and the basic principles of integrated communications marketing.
Organize and implement PR strategic content/activities to create branding awareness.
Plan and churn out strategic newsworthy content and identify media trends, news cycles, relevant real-time topics, and spin opportunities.
Develop social media strategies to engage audiences across traditional and new media Perform market research and competitor analysis.
Build relationships and network with the media to get commercial exposure.
To create and maintain a relationship with the Ministry of Education.
Constantly seek and analyse competitor marketing and PR materials both online and offline.
Coordinate press conferences, launches, media interviews, and media briefings.
Analyze results of PR campaigns or efforts and prepare reports.
Carry out general positive engagement with commenters on MCPLUS’s content and social channels including Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, Facebook and Youtube.
