Requirements
- SPM/ Certificate or equivalent with minimum 3 year experiences.
- Have good knowledge of electricity, carpentry and plumbing among other technical skills.
- Have good knowledge of troubleshooting techniques in order to determine exact problems and tackle them accordingly.
- Excellent ability to communicate problems to both co-workers and management for proper understanding.
- Exhibit good mechanical skills to handle equipment to avoid causing injuries to self and others on ground.
Responsibilities
- Performing routine maintenance around the building such as fixing structural such as window, door or wall repair.
- To repair broken or leaking plumbing to avoid water damage and restore full use of water fixtures.
- Working on damaged electrical wiring when a shortage or severed wire occurs.
- Applying preventative measures to the building to reduce the risk of future problems, such as using a sealant on a flat roof.
- Fixing potential safety hazards to avoid injuries.
- Painting the building when old paint has become faded or chipped.
- Update completed task via WhatsApp group.
- Relocate items based on project request.
- Check the fire extinguisher expiry date and send it to service if necessary.
