Requirements
- No experiences are required. With experience in Customer Service in an added advantage.
- Proficient in using computers and system.
- Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset.
- Possess good command of Spoken and Written in Malay and English.
- Speaks with confidence and clear intonation over the phone and through WhatsApp.
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
- Attend all meetings via Zoom and physical meeting (according to need) for ongoing projects & updates.
- To commit to adhoc tasks from superiors when necessary or needed.
Responsibilities
- To assist students on free trial registration and validate based on Company terms and conditions.
- To provide solutions, guide usage of the MCPLUS application and explain all about it.
- Answering question and delivering information about a company’s products or services.
- Maintaining solid customer relationships by responding to issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner within 3 days.
